Hi, I’m Holly
I don’t judge the shoebox. I just empty it.
I’ve spent 25 years in accounting, and the last 10 of them in construction. I know what a contractor’s month actually looks like, and what their books usually look like too.
Why contractors
I love watching a project come together, from bare dirt to a finished build. Your books should come together the same way: solid foundation, clean lines, nothing left half-done.
Most small contractors I meet are great at their trade and buried in their books. Ignored, half-finished, never reconciled. That’s not a character flaw. You’re on the job site all day, and the books come last. That’s exactly where I come in.
Why it matters
Clean books make tax time simple. Your CPA gets an organized, reconciled package instead of a scramble.
Accurate and consistent monthly reports help you make solid business decisions: when to raise prices, when to hire, and which jobs are actually making you money.
