Free books health check
Tell me a little about your business and give me view-only access to QuickBooks. I’ll send back a score, your top risk areas, and what it would take to get clean. No cost, no pressure.

Setup
I build your books the right way: a contractor chart of accounts, bank feeds and rules, your apps connected, and jobs or work types set up. We finish with a 30-minute walkthrough.

Monthly books
Every month I categorize, reconcile, and close. If something’s unclear, you get a short list of questions you can answer from your phone.

Your numbers, clear
By the 15th you get your P&L, balance sheet, and a simple dashboard. At year end, your CPA gets a clean package, and tax time stops being a scramble.
What I need from you
- QuickBooks Online access
- Receipts and card coding in Ramp or Divvy (or ask about receipt handling)
- Your payroll provider’s reports each pay period
- Quick answers to a few questions each month
